Trellios
Our Story

Built by Operators,
for Operators

We spent years running marketing campaigns, building client technology, and managing operations for businesses at every scale. Trellios is the platform we needed but couldn't find.

Who we are

A team built at the intersection of agency and technology

We come from the side of the business where the AI tools actually get used, and where the damage happens when they're not governed properly.

Agency operations

Years of running high-volume, brand-critical work for clients across industries. We know what governance failure looks like when AI gets it wrong in public. We've had to clean it up.

Software engineering

Deep experience building production systems that have to be reliable, scalable, and secure. We ship infrastructure that organizations depend on. We don't demo things we can't maintain.

Enterprise technology

Experience with the systems large organizations run on: data platforms, compliance tooling, and identity and access management. We understand what 'production-grade' actually means.

"The AI tools are everywhere. The guardrails are not."

The problem we kept running into

Working on the agency side, we watched marketing teams adopt AI faster than their organizations could manage it. Content went out unchecked. Brand standards got skipped. Nobody could answer the question: what did our AI actually do last week?

We started building Trellios because we were in that gap ourselves, running AI-assisted workflows for clients without the infrastructure to govern them properly. The tools existed. The operating layer did not.

We needed a platform that gave AI teams the speed they were looking for without removing the accountability that organizations require. That's what we built.

What we believe

The principles behind every decision we make

Governance first

Speed without accountability is just chaos at scale. Every capability in Trellios is built with governance as a first-class concern, not retrofitted.

Humans in control

AI agents should augment human judgment, not replace it. The platform is designed to keep people in the loop at the moments that matter, not just as a rubber stamp after the fact.

Built to last

We're building infrastructure, not a product sprint. That means designing for reliability, auditability, and long-term trust. Not demos that impress once.
